If it is necessary for your team to forfeit a game, please ensure the following steps are taken as it is important that all teams and officials are contacted.

All teams must notify the Blue Jays Coach Convenor who will inform JNA prior to the rescheduling of any games.  There will be a forfeit fee of $60 which is payable by the team members to JNA.  This fee is on top of game fees already included in the registration fees.

A minimum of 5 days’ notice must be given to all players/teams and also both the Club’s and Associations’ Umpiring Convenors.
