• If a player has been allocated a position on a team but withdraws their registration before the season starts all fees will be fully refunded.
• Players withdrawing after the start of the season but within the first six weeks will forfeit the Netball Queensland registration fee of $99 and any weekly game fees already incurred and in addition will have a $25 administration fee deducted from the balance.
• Players withdrawing after the first six weeks of games will not be entitled to any refund.
• Full refunds will be given to players whom the club is unable to place within a team prior to the first game of the season.
• A decision to provide a refund of the Blue Jays Netball Club fees, either in part or in full, to an individual does not set a precedent for any other requests for a refund.

A request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the Management Committee at admin@bluejaysnc.com and the decision to refund any or all of the fees will be at the Club’s absolute discretion.
